Amazing upgrade surprise!
We stayed a week and had a great time! The staff were super nice and even upgraded us to a suite with a private pool. The cleaning crew was on point too. The private beach was a big plus, super relaxing. Just wish the food had more veggie options, but overall, can't complain too much!

The breakfast offered a great variety, including fresh fruits and traditional English items, making it a pleasant start to the day. However, the cleanliness of the renovated bathroom left much to be desired. lingering paint smell and uncleaned areas were disappointing. The lack of functioning AC in the bedroom was uncomfortable, as it did not cool adequately. Additionally, the staff's response time to maintenance requests was slow, highlighting a gap in service quality.
